Before choosing a venue, write down three preferences. This gives you something concrete to compare, beyond a photograph or a promotional headline.
The time
Separate the advertised service duration from check-in, waiting and travel time. Ask when to arrive and whether late arrival shortens the service or changes the booking.
The information
Look for a specific description of what is included, who provides the service, where it takes place and what it costs. A mood photograph cannot answer those questions.

What exactly is included?
−Ask for the steps, duration and any exclusions in plain language. If an image or a package name leaves something unclear, request a description before committing.
Who will provide the service?
−Ask for the provider’s role and any relevant qualifications. If a service involves medical care, confirm the appropriate licensed provider and seek individualized advice from that professional. This guide does not assess treatment suitability.
What is the complete price?
−Ask whether the quoted amount includes required charges and whether any optional item costs extra. Get the final amount before paying a deposit.
What happens if plans change?
−Check cancellation deadlines, rescheduling conditions, no-show charges and how any deposit is handled. Keep the written terms with your confirmation.
Is this location actually available?
−Confirm the address, opening hours and available date directly with the venue. A planned opening or interest list does not establish that an appointment can be booked.
Can my access preferences be accommodated?
−Ask about the entrance, room layout, communication needs or other practical preferences that matter to your visit. Confirm arrangements rather than inferring them from photographs.
What information does the booking require?
−Use the venue’s designated secure process for any necessary personal information. Read how it will be used. A marketing signup should not require payment or medical records.
How can I contact the venue afterward?
−Keep the provider’s contact information, booking confirmation and receipt. Ask which channel handles follow-up questions and changes to your booking.
A simple comparison method
For each venue, note the service description, provider, total quoted price, actual location, duration, cancellation terms and contact channel. Mark unanswered points as “not confirmed” and ask about them before deciding. Compare confirmed information rather than treating missing details as included benefits.
